Thats not to say he's all charms and niceness, but he knows how to treat everyone with respect and kindness. +LOYAL: Above all Neon is loyal. He prizes the virtue above most and if he finds out of any traitors in his midst he'll be one of the fiercest pokemon you'll ever meet. +CLEVER: Neon has a quick wit in tight situations. Even though he could have easily been the one to cause it. His cleverness is matched only my his carefree nature. -FOOLiSH: Yeah. He tends to act before he thinks in most things. That being the case many make him out to be the fools of the two Guildmaster's, but that's quite alright by him. -MiSCHiEVOUS: Neon is known for being the jokester and sometimes he likes to pull pranks on his Rescuer's. Usually it's harmless, but Glow never seems to be laughing. -STUBBORN: Oh yes, he can be quite the stubborn thing as well.
